BActeria, Protist, and Fungi found in Everglades national Park
Gloeocapsa magma is a cluster of algae spores that uses photosynthesis for getting energy. Bacteria, or the kingdom bacteria, is also known as Eubacteria. Eubacteria means “true bacteria”. This kingdom is made up of small, single-celled prokaryotic organisms that usually have a cell wall and reproduce by cellular fission. Each bacterium has a cell wall, a plasma membrane, a cytoplasm that lacks complex organelles such as a true nucleus or even membrane bound organelles.

Amoebas have no real shape, in fact, amoeba that are just sacs of protoplasm are always changing the shape of their body. The way amoebas great around is by spreading a piece of its body and pulling itself along to its destination. The part of the body the ameoba uses to move is called a pseudopod or false foot. Protist, also known as, protista, could be considered a miscellaneous group. Defined are those eukaryotes that are not plants, animals, of fungi. It defines organisms based on what they are they not rather than on what they are. Most pro protist are unicellular organism. Many biologist think that the taxon Protista is no longer useful.

Lichens are not consider plants, because they are actually a group of fungi. The lichen supports a protective exterior surface, a shell, in a way, for its host organism. The organism then is able to spend an increased amount of time in the sunlight, which allows it to be more food for itself and the fungi. The kingdom, fungi, consists of eukaryotic, heterotrophic, organisms that are unicellular or multicellular.
